EuroFirstClass ApS provides premium transportation services, including but not limited to corporate transfers, airport transfers, event transportation, intercity rides, roadshows, tourist services, and wedding transportation and much more. The specific details of each service will be outlined in the booking confirmation. All services are subject to availability.

 

  1. Bookings and Payment Terms
  • Bookings: All bookings can be made online through our website, via email, or over the phone. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all details provided during the booking process (such as pickup location, time, and number of passengers) are accurate.
  • Payment: Payment must be completed in full before the service is rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, and electronic transfers. Any additional costs incurred during the trip (such as extra stops or waiting time) will be added to the final bill.
  • Invoices: Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation invoice. Clients are required to verify all details and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.

 

  1. Cancellations, No-Show, and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking platform. The following cancellation policies apply:
    • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded in full. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable.
    • Special Bookings (e.g., weddings, corporate events): Cancellation policies for special bookings will be provided at the time of booking and may differ based on the event type and duration.

Customer No-Show:

  • If the customer fails to show up at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time (a “No-Show”), the following policy applies:
    • The driver will wait at the pickup location for a grace period of 45 minutes. After that, you will be charged for the full cost of the booking, and the service will be considered fulfilled with no refund.
    • If a customer anticipates a delay or is unable to meet the driver at the agreed time, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify EuroFirstClass ApS as soon as possible. Depending on the driver’s schedule and vehicle availability, an additional waiting time fee may be applied, or alternative arrangements may be offered.

EuroFirstClass ApS Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that EuroFirstClass ApS needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and issue a full refund or offer an alternative arrangement.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. EuroFirstClass ApS reserves the right to withhold refunds if any terms of service have been violated. Refunds for no-shows or late cancellations are not provided.

  • Service Disruptions: While we strive for the highest level of punctuality and reliability, EuroFirstClass ApS is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or accidents.
  • Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the transportation service. EuroFirstClass ApS will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the journey.
  • Maximum Liability: In the event of a service failure or any issue with the transportation provided, our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service booked. EuroFirstClass ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Force Majeure:
EuroFirstClass ApS is not liable for any failure to perform, delays, or disruptions resulting from events that are beyond our reasonable control. Such events, commonly known as “force majeure” events, may include but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, extreme weather)
  • War, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial actions
  • Government orders, regulations, or restrictions (including pandemics or quarantines)
  • Power outages, network failures, or communication breakdowns
  • Any other unforeseen event that prevents the normal operation of our services

In the event of a force majeure situation, EuroFirstClass ApS will take reasonable steps to mitigate its effects, but we shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred due to these events. We will communicate any force majeure issues to affected clients as soon as possible and will work to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule services where possible
